About Us

Richard Llewellin MRICS was born and brought up in Pembrokeshire. He qualified as a chartered surveyor and spent a number of years working in private practice in both Southampton and Cardiff before returning to Pembrokeshire in 2002.

In 2008 Richard set up Fenton surveys (chartered surveyors) whose sole aim is to provide a professional, friendly and personal level of service covering Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire.
